before 200 hundred years ago girls were not allowed to go to school .They were married in small age for example girls were married at the age of 8 and if their husband will dye then they were forced to burn themselves in the funeral pyre of their husbands this system is known as sati system and those who burn themselves are known as sati and if they will not burn themselves then they were forced to cut their hairs and we're not allowed to remarry.
