Tigers are usually apex predators so if 2000 J is available to the plants then 2000 × 0.01 = 20 J should be available to a tiger

Answer:

Plants get (1/100)th energy it receives from sun.

Every level in food chain gets energy upto (1/10)th of energy of food it consumes.

The plant gets 2000/100 = 20 J

So if a herbivore consumes plant then it gets 20/10 = 2J

So If tiger consumes the herbivore then it gets 2/10 = 0.2 J
