hii mate!!

Relative speed = (120 + 80) km/hr

=(200*5/18)m/s = (500/9)m/s

Let the length of the other train be x metres.

↪Then, x+270/9 = 500/9

=>  x + 270 = 500

=>  x = 230.

hope it helps !!☺☺☺

Answer: The length of other train is 230 m.

Time taken = 9 seconds

Length of first train = 270 m

Speed of train 1 = 120 Kmph

Speed of train 2 = 80 Kmph

Since both the trains are running in opposite direction, relative speed = (speed of train 1 + speed of train 2) = 120+80 = 200 Kmph =\quad 200\times \frac { 1000 }{ 60\times 60 } \quad =\quad 55.56\frac { m }{ s }

Distance = speed\times time\quad taken

Let the length of the second train be “a”

Time taken  = \quad \frac { Distance }{ Relative\quad speed } 9 = (270 + a)/ 55.56

500.04 = 270 + a

a = 500 - 270 = 230 m
