brought a colour TV set from Messers Ram
Electronic 14, Bazaar Marg, Sompat, a
month ago. Now he finds that the sound
in not clear, and the picture changes to
black and white from time to time
He writes a letter to the dealer complain
about the same and requesting him to
attend to eit at the earliest write the
letter for Ravi' dundram.​

Dear sir,

I bought a venous colour t.v. set from ur shop against cash memo no.-------- dated -------- and i regret to inform u that the set is not working properly , to great dismay of each one in house. The sound is not clear and volume keeps on fluctuating automatically . the picture also changes to black and white from time to time . the set is still under warranty , and i request u to attend it at ur earliest.

I hope u will enable us to watch one day world cup matches going to commence next Monday.
