let the number of rows be then as according to question the shape formed is square therefore,
x^2 =2025 x=45
therefore the number of rows are 45 whereas the number plants in a row are also 45.

  \sf{ {x}^{2}  = 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 5 \times 5 }

 \implies \sf{ {x} =  \sqrt{2025}  }

 \implies \sf{ {x} =  3 \times 3 \times 5 }

 \implies \sf{ {x} =  45}

Number of rows and columns is 45.
