20 k²-31k+12
20k² -16 k -15 k +12
4k (5k-4) - 3(5k-4)
(4k-3)(5k-4)
Putting 4k -3 = 0
4k = 3
k = 3/4 -(1)
Putting 5k-4 = 0
5k = 4
k = 4/5 -(2)
The required values we get from eq (1) and eq (2) are = k = 4/5
