Concept

Squares is a result when a number is multiplied by itself , whereas square root is a value which will be formed by multiplication of same number.

Square and Roots can be further solved to determine the closest or nearest integer value using simplifications i.e. altering the numerator or denominator or both.

Given

20root3+20/root3 i.e. 20\sqrt{3} +\frac{20}{\sqrt{3} }

Find

Simplified value for the given fraction,

Solution

Taking lcm we get ,

=(20√3×√3+20)/√3

=(20×3+20)/√3

=(60+20)/√3

=80/√3

now multiplying by √3 on numerator and denominator ,

=(80√3)/(√3×√3)

=(80√3)/3

=\frac{80\sqrt{3} }{3}

Hence the value of 20root3+20/root3 will be ( 80√3)/3.
