(-21)÷[16+(-13)]+(-5)

-21÷[16-13]+(-5)

-21÷3+(-5)

next we should divide.

-7+(-5)

-7-5=-12.

so now we sove addition=-7+(-5)

now we will slove subtraction=7-5

= -12
