Hi,

We can easily find out wrong term

All numbers are increasing order

except 37.

Wrong term is 37

Or

Let us understand following terms:

Prime number:

Numbers which has only two factors.

Composite numbers :

Numbers which has more than two factors.

Now see the problem:

21 , 28 , 33 , 35 , 37 , 36

F( 21 ) = { 1 ,3 , 7 , 21 }

F( 28 ) = { 1, 2 , 4 , 7 , 14 , 28 }

F( 33 ) = { 1, 3 , 11 , 33 }

F( 35 ) = { 1 , 5 , 7 , 35 }

F( 37 ) = { 1 , 37 }

F(36) = { 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 18 , 36 }

As you observed that except 37 each

and other numbers has more than

two factors.

Therefore,

21 , 28 , 33 , 35 , 36 are composite

numbers.

37 is prime.

Wrong term is 37

I hope this will useful to you.
