as we know that

Cosec(β) = Sec(90° - β)

=> cosec5a = Sec(90° - 5a)

=> Sec(90° - 5a) =  sec (135° - 6a)

=> 90° - 5a = 135° - 6a

=> a = 45°

Tan 45° = Height of building / Distance from building

=> 1  = Height of building/40

=>  Height of building = 40 m
