No, If the number (6)^n (where n is any natural number ) to end with the digit 5,its prime factorisation should contain the numbers 5. But 6^n =(2*3)^n so it does not contain 5 as a prime factor. So, by fundamental theorem of arthimetic 6^n does not end with the digit 5
