under the environment protection act 

1 the re users or re cyclers can keep the waste for only up to 90 days.

2 sale of hazardous waste can only be done after obtaining the legal authority.

3 recycling of plastic can be done in a fixed procedure announced by authorities.

4 the biochemical food can't be kept more than 48 hours..

5 the e waste by products before discarding them should get permission ..

6 the battery we use when get destroyed should be returned back to dealer and this comes under rule 4
