Factor of 21= 7 and 3

So its exponential form will be (7*3)^1
Other exponential forms can be [(11)^2 -1]^1

21 is a composite number. Also it doesn't have so much multiples or common multiples.

Another form can be [(5)^2 - 1]

If the number would be like 22... then we could express it as perfect square.
