21. Students of class VIII were preparing a temporary mount of cheek cells. In a haste to complete his work quickly, one of the students scrapped the inner side of his check with the help of toothpick and rubbed it in the center of a glass slide. He placed the coverslip on it and started observing the slide under the microscope. But he was unable to see boundaries of different parts of cheek cells clearly.
