Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of paint per kg-736.50

1 kg will cover 16 sq mtr

that means 1kg covers 16 sq mtr

According to the question

to paint outside the cube = total surface area (6a^2)

side of the cube =8 mtr

6×8×8 = 384 mtr square

384÷16 =24 kgs

24 ×736.5 = 17676

lateral surface area of cube =4a^2 =4×8×8=256 mtr sq

ratio = 384:256 =3:2
