Weight of water=90gm

Relative lowering of vapour pressure=0.02

Relative lowering of vapour pressure is given by relation,

RLVP= \frac{w \times M}{m \times W}

Where,

w=Weight of non volatile solute.

M=Molecular weight of water.

m=Molecular weight of non volatile solute.

W=Weight of water.

Substituting these values,we get

0.02 =  \frac{w \times 18}{60 \times 90}  \\  =  > w = 6gm

Therefore,the weight if non volatile solute is 6gm
