a) Where does the family live?
b) Why do you think the street is named as
‘Complaining Street'?​

a) they live in the complaining street..

b) because they are always grumbling and complaining about everything

actually I don't know the answer but this reminded me of my 5th class question which I studied 4 years back... so I answered so it may help ..
