21 x^2 = 8 x + 4

21 x^2 - 8 x - 4 = 0

21 x^2 - 14 x + 6 x - 4 = 0  (by spliting into middle term method)

7 x ( 3 x - 2) + 2 ( 3 x - 2) = 0

( 3 x - 2) ( 7 x + 2) = 0

3 x - 2 = 0 & 7 x + 2 = 0

x = 2/3 , & -2/7
