Answer:

Debate : Is computer essential for children.

Ram is for the motion and Sham is against the motion , the debate is written as follows.

Ram : Nowadays without computer nothing is happened, so children should have computers to make their base strong.

Sham : Right you are but are they enough strong to understand the function of the computer ?

Ram : Some are but most of them are not , yet we should provide them so that they can improve themselves.

Sham : I think instead of computer they should be given slate ,pencil. I seem they should learn formal way not informal way.

Ram : A computer can connect you all over the world. You can learn anything as you wish. A child can easily learn through audio visual imageries and computer have these kind of facilities.

Sham : It is also true a child can also be affected by the above process easily. It can injure the pleasure of reading books not an e-book. Without data or software a computer is useless but a torn book is always useful. You can write on a exercise book but it is not possible in computer, you have to just type them.

Ram : You also absolutely right but we should with current affairs, therefore computer is necessary. Some children have financial problems and they are disabled to give tution fees and buy some books. A computer can fill up this blank space.

Sham : A computer is an electrical machine and without electricity it is impossible to start or open but a book has no such problems. It can harm eyesight and also can make a child lazy. Moreover by the negative documents a child can ruin himself.

Ram : It is not the fault of a computer. It is the fault of that child and his guardians who are not conscious about their children. A computer is a machine not a human being.

Sham : Absolutely correct, both a computer and a book are essential for children. They are related to each other.

Ram : I am agree with you because we need hard copies and yes both are importance.

Good morning everyone present here. I am going to express my views on ‘Computers are a boon for children’. I am going to speak in favour of it.

We are living in an IT revolution era. Indispensability of computers cannot be denied. The modern youth doesn't have any other option. Computers have already taken over each and every field. Tell me an area or sphere where computers are not being used! Education, industry, finance, defense, teaching, learning, research, medicine, accounting, entertainment, internet, online teaching, telecommunication, media, and space research and exploration. It is computer, computer everywhere. The modern world will look void without computers. Computers have created such an order in every field. They are so adroitly efficient in data storing and handling. They have man's life much more organized, systematic, simple, colourful, and awesomely efficient.

Computers have become ubiquitous owing to their versatility. What is it not that you can't do with a computer? They are the gods of the modern era! Naturally the field of education has also been influenced positively by use of computers. They have made the learning in classrooms much more convenient, easier, simpler, colouful, fun-filled, and efficient. Expert teachers teach students using smart boards and interactive whiteboards. Computers have enabled both students and teachers process learning data many times faster than was possible in a traditional classroom.

The computers store the teaching and learning data systematically stored which can be so easily accessed by anyone wanting it. Internet has further facilitated sharing of knowledge available abundantly on all the subjects. School websites now provide all the educational information required by parents and students. Aspiring students can look up the internet for any information and knowledge they require while studying or doing assignments. So computers have really made education quite romantic. There is a modern Renaissance in education owing to computers.

So I conclude by reaffirming that computers are a boon for children.
