Solution :

Periemter of the rectangular park :-

→ Perimeter = 2(l + b)

→ Perimeter = 2(175 + 125)

→ Perimeter = 2(300)

→ Perimeter = 600

Perimeter of the rectangular park = 600 m

Cost of fencing the rectangular park :-

→ Cost = Perimeter × Rate

→ Cost = 600 × 12

→ Cost = 7,200
