let \: total \: length \: be \: x

22\% \: of \: x \:  = 33 \\  \frac{22}{100}  \times x = 33

 \frac{11}{50}  \times x = 33

11 \times x = 33 \times 50 \\ 11x = 1650 \\ x =  \frac{1650}{11}  = 150 \\  =x \: is \:  150

\huge \dag \: { \boxed{ \underline{ \sf{ \pink{Answer}}}}}

 \boxed{ \sf{let \:  the \: total \: length \: be \: x}}

 \boxed{ \sf{ \purple{22\% \: of \: x \:  = 33 }}}\\  \frac{22}{100}  \times x = 33

 \huge \sf \: \frac{11}{50}  \times x = 33

 \boxed{11 \times x = 33 \times 50}

 { \boxed{11x = 1650}  }

{ x =  \frac{1650}{11}  = 150}\\  =x \: is \:  150
