180 min will be required to fill the tank completely.

Step-by-step explanation:

Lets consider taps A and B fill the tank in 45 min and 60 min respectively.

$ \text{So, the area filled by Tap A in one min} = \frac{1}{45}

$ \text{The area filled by tap B in one min}  = \frac{1}{60}

Tap C empty the tank in 30 min

$ \text{The area emptied by Tap C in 1 min}  = \frac{1}{30}

Total area filled by the taps A,B and C in one min

     =    $ [\frac{1}{45} + \frac{1}{60}]  - (\frac{1}{30})

The LCM of 45,60 and 30 is 360

$ = \frac{(8+6-12)}{360}

$ = \frac{2}{360}  = \frac{1}{180}

Hence it will take 180 min to fill the tank completely.
