22x^3+66x^2+33x^2+99x+13x+39=22x^3+33x^2+66x^2+99x+16x+24.

22x^3+66x^2+33x^2+99x+13x+39-22x^3-33x^2-66x^2-99x-16x-24=0

13x+39-16x-24=0

-3x+15=0

-3x=-15

x=5
