(2 + 3 + 1) * 4  

= 6 * 4

= 24

21 + 5 = 20

= (2 + 1 + 1) * 5

= 4 * 5

= 20

34 + 6  = 48

= (3 + 4 + 1) * 6

= 8 * 6

= 48

41 + 2  = 12

= ( 4 + 1 + 1) * 2

= 6 * 2

= 12

ab + c = d

=> d = (a + b + 1) * c

Hence 52 + 7

= (5 + 2 + 1) * 7

= 8 * 7

= 56

Hence 52 + 7 = 56
