Step-by-step explanation:

Lenght of the window = 2.2m

Breadth of the windiw = 1.2m

Area of the window = length×breadth

= (2.2×1.2)m

= 2.64m^2

Length of the wall = 5.2m

Breadth of the wall = 3.4m

Area of the wall = length×breadth

= (5.2×3.4)m

= 17.68m^2

Area to be whitewashed = Area of wall - Area of window

= (17.68 - 2.64) m^2

= 15.04m^2

Cost of whitewashing per m^2 = Rupees 32

Cost of whitewashing the wall without window = 15.04 × 32

= Rupees 481.28m
