Step-by-step explanation:

weight of gold in 11 kg of biscuit=(82 % of 11 kg)

=(82÷100)×11=9.02 kg

weight of gold in 28 kg of alloy =(90% of 28 kg) =(90÷100)×28=25.2 kg

weight of second buiscuit=weight of alloy - weight of first buiscuit

=28 kg - 11 kg

=17 kg

weight of gold in second buiscuit= weight of biscuit in alloy - weight of gold in first biscuit

=25.2kg -9.02kg

=16.18 kg gold

% of gold in second buiscuit=(weight of gold in second biscuit ÷ weight of second biscuit) ×100

=(16.18÷17)×100

=95.2%
