If p is the power of a lens

then P=100/f

f=-10 cm

'-' sign indicates that the lens is concave

now

1/f=1/v-1/u

1/v=-1/10-1/15

1/v=-1/6

image distance (v)=-6 cm

hi/ho=v/u

hi=-6/-15×4

hi=8/5

hi=1.6

the image size is 1.6 cm
