Imperative

Postive - said/ Said to ( reporting verb in direct speech)

Requested/ ordered/ advised/suggested/ warned/ instructed/guided etc ...( Reporting verb in indirect speech)

Conjunction should be added (to + v1) in case of positive sentence.

Negative ( don't + v1)

Conjunction should be added in indirect speech is (not to + v1).

This is Yes/ no type interrogative sentence.

'Asked' is changed into 'said to/ said.'

Conjunction 'If / Whether' is removed .

And past tense is changed into present tense ..incase of indirect to direct speech.
