23. Sunita was mother of two daughters and her mother-in-law used to blame her for producing daughters.
One day, Sunita's brother-in-law, who was a doctor, visited her home. He asked why is she so depressed?
She narrated that her husband and mother-in-law blamed her for not giving birth to a male child. He
felt the pain of Sunita and called all the members of the family and explained that it is the male sperm
which decides the sex of new born and mother is not to be blamed for it. Further, for a healthy society
both sexes are required in equal proportion.
