SOLUTION :–
• Let the age of father = x
• And the age of son = y
• According to the first condition –
=> x = 6y ________eq.(1)
• According to the second condition –
=> (x + 4) = 4(y + 4)
=> x + 4 = 4y + 16
=> x = 4y + 12
• Using eq.(1) –
=> 6y = 4y + 12
=> 2y = 12
=> y = 12/2
=> y = 6 year
• Again Using eq.(1) –
=> x = 6(6)
=> x = 36 year
• Hence, The age of father is 36 year & The age of son is 6 year.

6y+4 = 4y+16.
