From Diagram:

PQ = 10 m, PS = 350 m, EH = 10 m, EF = 800 m, KL = 10 m and KN = 10 m.

Now,

Area of roads = Area of(PQRS + EFGH - KLMN)

                      = PS * PQ + EF * EH - KL * KN

                     = (350 * 10) + (800 * 10) - (10 * 10)

                     = 3500 + 8000 - 100

                     = 11400 m^2.

Then:

Area of road in hectares = 11400/10000

                                         = 1.14 hectares.

Now,

Area of park without roads:

= Area of park - Area of road

= (AB * AD) - 11400

= (800 * 350) - 11400

= 280000 - 11400

= 268600 m^2

= 28.86 hectares

Hope this will help you!
