R/4

Answer:

Explanation

        Two particle start from the same position on a circle of radius=20cm

        The speed =40πm/s

     and 36πm/s

        Relative velocity of the first particle with respect to the slow one

      (40π−36π)m/s

      =4πm/s

      The circumference distance covered with this relative yer,

      4π= 2πR/T

            (where R= radius T= time period)

       T =  2πR/4π

     =  1/2  ×20×10^−2

     =   10/100

     =  1/10  sec

So, after   1/10  sec they will again melt.
