Answer:

In this question length of both sides of parallelogram are given and length of their corresponding altitudes are also given so by using the area of the parallelogram formula we will equate the areas to find the missing side. So, the correct answer is “12.5 cm”

Answer:

We are given, that two sides of a parallelogram are 20 cm and 25 cm

Now,

Area of parallelogram = height (or Altitude) × base

here, Base QR is having altitude PT & Base SR is having altitude QU.

So, QR×PT=SR×QU

25×10=20×QU

Now, QU=x so,

x = \frac{25*10}{20}= 12.5

So, the altitude corresponding to the other pair of sides is 12.5cm
