At 293K (20°C) the volume of the concentration would remain the same.

Concentration is calculated as follows:

mass of solute  × 100%
mass of slotion

mass of solute = 23g
mass of solution= 23g + 100 g  =  123g

conc= 23/123 × 100%
        = 0.1869 × 100%
        = 18.69%

concentration = 18.7%

kvnmurty: this is concentration by mass. good solutions. thanks
