on adding [1] and [2]

52x - 52y = 208

let us divide them by 52

x - y = 4

now on subtarcting [2]  from 1

6x - 6y = 12

so,

x +  y = 2

so,

x - y = 4

x + y = 2

on adding them

2x = 6

x = 3

since x +y = 2

3 +y = 2

y = 2 - 3

y = -1

x = 3 and y = 01
