Explanation:

As the Ball falling from a stationary train will only experience one force (ie GRAVITATIONAL FORCE ) as the body is under Free Fall ...

Similarly the ball falling from a moving training will perform a Projectile Motion again in which the only force acting on the Ball is GRAVITATIONAL FORCE .

Since the force acting in both the case are same ...& the distance to be covered is also same (ie window to ground) . Thus time remains constant
