Let the fixed charge be ‘x’
and
charges per km is ‘y’

According to 1st condition :
x + 10y = 160 ........(1)

According to 2nd condition :

charge is doubled so ,

2x + 16y = 276 ..........(2)

Divide by 2 in eq.2

x + 8y = 138 .........(3)

Subtract eq.3 from eq. 1
2y = 22
y= 11

therefore ,
Charges of taxi per km will be Rs. 11 ....

hope you will understand it....
