Answer:-

Curved Surface Area Of The Given Cone Is 7.85 cm².

Explanation:-

Given:-

  • Diameter of the base = 0.5 cm.

  • So Radius (r) = \tt\dfrac{0.5}{2}\:cm

  • Slant height (l) = 10 cm.

Formula Used:-

\large\bf\mapsto s = \pi\times r\times l.

Where,

  • S = Curved Surface Area.

Solution:-

By Putting the values in formula,

\\ \tt\mapsto s =  \pi \times r \times l.

\\ \tt\mapsto s = 3.14 \times 0.25 \: cm \times 10 \: cm.

\\ \tt\mapsto s = 31.4  \: cm \times 0.25 \: cm

\\  \large \underline{\boxed{\bf\mapsto s  = 7.85 \: cm {}^{2} }}

Therefore CSA of the cone is 7.85 cm².

Given :-

Diameter = 0.5 cm

Slant Height = 10 cm

To Find :-

CSA

Solution :-

Radii = D/2

R = 0.5/2

R = 0.25 cm

Now

\sf CSA = \pi r l

CSA = 22/7 * 0.25 * 10

CSA = 22/7 * 2.5

CSA = 7.85 cm^2
