3R's refer to reuse, reduce and recycle. They are as follows -

(i) Reuse - It means to use items again and again.

Eg. Using empty glass ketchup bottles for storing other liquids.

(ii) Reduce - It refers to reducing of waste production.

Eg. Waste materials can be recycle d.

(iii) Recycle -. Converting used item into more valuable item.

Eg. Melting and moulding plastic into utensils or other item.
