24. In the given AABC, AB = AC. AD is the height of AABC from A to side BC. Prove that (i) AABD = AACD (ii) BD= CD​

ΔABD and ΔACD,

AB = AC (Given)

∠B=∠C   (because AB = AC)

and ∠ADB=∠ADC

Therefore, ΔABD≅ΔACD(AAS)

So, ∠BAD=∠CAD(CPCT)
