now,
at stp volume of any 1 mole gas = 22.4 l
so there is one mole of cl2

so cl2 is the limiting reagent.
so one mole of cl2 will react with only one mole of h2 to give 2 mole of hcl as per above equation
so 2 mole of hcl will be formed.
