Ans

all sides of rhombus is equal

so side=perimeter/4

side=40/4

side=10

let pqrs is a rhombus

pr and qs are diagonals

pr=3k

qs=4k

let pr qs diagonals meeting at point o

(3/2)^2+(4/2)^2=(10)^2

9/4.k^2+ 16/4.k^2=100

25/4.k^2=100

k^2=16

k=4

pr=3x4=12cm

qs=4x4=16cm
