Answer:

Square root of 5= 2.2360679775

Square root of 3= 1.73205080757

The difference of them is 0.50401717

So it is a rational number... It is not possible to prove..

Answer:

let √5-√3 is rational

√5-√3=a/b,where a and b are co primes

a/b=integer/integer=rational

but √5-√3is irrational

so,irrational not equal to rational

Hence,it contradicts our wrong assumption that this is rational .Hence it is irrational.

Hence prooved.
