The given data is arranged in ascending order as

29,32,48,50,x,x+2,72,78,84,95.

The total number of observations n = 10(Even).

Therefore the median of the data will be mean of 10/2 i.e 5th and 10/2 + 1 = 6th observation.

Given Median = 63.

(x + x + 2)/2 = 63

x + x + 2 = 63 * 2

x + x + 2 = 126

x + x = 126 - 2

x + x = 124

2x = 124

x = 124/2

x = 62.

Therefore the value of x = 62.

Hope this helps!

median=(n÷2)th +(n÷2+l)thwhole divide 2
63=5th+6th whole divide by 2
63=x+x+2whole divide by 2
63 =2x+2divided by 2
63×2=2x+2
126-2=2x
124divide by 2=x
62=x
