Eating chilli releases a chemical which signals the brain of hot temperature. The brain causes defense mechanism to start due to which person starts sweating.

Running nose too occurs due to increased mucus secretion to cool off the temperature.

Stomach irritation and diarrhea too may result due to increased mucus secretion by mucus releasing cells.
