p (E) = no of favourable outcomes / total no of outcomes
given: probability of blue balls = 2 × probability of red balls
now red balls = 5
double of red balls =10= blue balls
=> total no of balls = 5+15 = 20
therefore, probability of blue balls = 10/20 = 1/2
