  • The cost of 35 bags of wheat, if each bag weighs 50 kg ??

 \bf{ \underline{solution :}}

☯ Let the cost of each bag be 'x'

 \bf{ \underline{➥According  \: to \:  the  \: question:}}

 \longrightarrow{25x = 2750}

 \longrightarrow{x =  \frac{2750}{25}}

 \longrightarrow{x = 110}

{ \bold{Cost  \: of \:  40 kg's \:  wheat =110}}

 \bf {Cost  \: of  \: 1 kg  \: wheat  =  \frac{110}{40}}

 =  \frac{11}{4}

let the cost of each bag be x

According to the question,

2x = 2750

x = 2750/2

x = 110

Cost of 40 bags wheat = 110

Cost of 1kg wheat = 110/40

= 11/4

Now, we have to find the cost of 50kg

Therefore, cost = 50 × 11/4

= 550/4

= Rs. 137.5

Now, cost of 35 bags

= 35×Rs.137.5

= Rs. 4812.50
