Question :-

Factorise :- 3x + 1 - 5(3x)² + 32

Answer :-

3x + 1 - 5(3x)² + 32 = 0

3x + 1 - 15x² + 32 = 0

- 15x² + 3x + 1 + 32 = 0

- 15x² + 3x + 33 = 0

(divide the whole equation by -3)

5x² - x - 11 = 0

Using Quadratic formula,

D = b² - 4ac

= (-1²) - 4(5)(-11)

= 1² + 220

= ±√221
