Given ,

The point divides the line segment joining the points A(-11,4) and B(9,8) in equal ratio

 \therefore The point is the mid of the given line segment AB

We know that , the mid point formula is given by

 \boxed{ \tt{x =  \frac{x_{2} +x_{1}  }{2}  \:  \:, \:   \: y=  \frac{y_{2} +y_{1}  }{2} }}

Thus ,

x = (9 - 11)/2 , y = (8 + 4)/2

x = -2/2 , y = 12/2

x = -1 , y = 6

Therefore , the coordinate of required point is (-1 , 6)
