25. Find the zeros of the polynomial 6x3 - 7x2 - 11x + 12, if x - 1 is a factor of the polynomial.​

Answer:

If x-1 is the factor then p(x) =0

6x³ - 7x² - 11x + 12 =0

6(1)³ - 7(1)² - 11(1) +12 =0

6 -7 -11+12 =0

-1 -11+12=0

-12+12=0

0=0

L.H.S = R.H.S

Therefore, 1 is the zero of the polynomial
